We ship USPS Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service:
Depending upon ship to location and order value, your order will ship USPS Priority Mail :

Shipping rates are based on the total value of items ordered:

Your order will ship a day or two after your order is received and your payment is processed, unless you are notified otherwise.
We do not ship immediately after payment clears in order to allow time for the customer to check the order confirmation email and make any necessary changes or corrections to their order.
Packages generally arrive at the latest within four days from date of shipment. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

We will refund the full purchase price on any item returned to us in **good condition, postmark dated within 10 days from order delivery date (the day you received your order.) We cannot refund return shipping costs.
Before ordering a scarf, please check the scarf size:
You cannot determine scarf size by scarf photo view alone. A refund in full will not be given for any scarf returned because it is not the size you thought it should be. A twenty percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Make sure you understand the scarf's actual size before ordering.
Final determination of refund status, our decision upon receipt of item returned:
For obviously used or mishandled items, we will not refund the full purchase price. All legitimate returns however, full refund of purchase price with no hassle.
